The Conciliar Church

The name Conciliar Church, comes from the closing speech Paul VI gave at Vatican II: “To all of you, the Church of the council declares to you through our voice: if you are friends of genuine art, you are our friends. … Today the hour for reconciliation has sounded and the Church of the council invites you to celebrate this hour without suspicion.”
